When the block company first approached our analyst Jay Hitchens, no one else had been able to print with photographs on their blocks and meet their quality requirements.

Requirements:

The image had to be applied directly to the block, no stickers or decals or pretreatments; the image must be of excellent photographic quality; the blocks must be able to be taken apart and put together as usual; the image must not chip, rub off or smear; and lastly - the image had to be inert, so that children would not be endangered if they placed the block in their mouth.

Our way:
