Case Study: MOCA
Many customers who come to us have the problem of managing all their different order channels. It needs time to take care of resources like Themes, Backgrounds, Templates, add new products and test the production workflow in a pre-flight test for earch order channel.
We took a new approach. Our team found a way to use one core and separate the user interface for Mac, Windows, Linux and the Web in such a way that now it has the same base: our Multi Channel Order Architecture (MOCA), introduced to the market at PMA 2010.
The advantages this integration offers are significant:
